《聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約》第二十八次締約方大會(huì)(COP28)即將在阿聯(lián)酋迪拜開幕。法國前總理讓-皮埃爾·拉法蘭接受中新網(wǎng)記者專訪時(shí)表示，當(dāng)前全球氣候變化形勢異常嚴(yán)峻，國際社會(huì)應(yīng)貫徹落實(shí)《巴黎協(xié)定》并采取具體行動(dòng)，法中應(yīng)以攜手應(yīng)對氣候變化為契機(jī)，凝聚全球共識(shí)。(彭大偉 葛勇 趙麗)

The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) is about to commence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin has said that the current situation of climate change is severe, and the most urgent task is to implement the Paris Agreement and take concrete actions. Raffarin called for taking climate action as an opportunity to build global consensus.
